The state of Querétaro is located in the center of the country, just a couple of hours from Mexico City and is one of the most important and fastest growing wine regions in recent years, not only for improving the quality of its wines year after year, but also for being the cheese producing region par excellence and also possessing beautiful magical towns, many of which are considered World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
